Anderson Plug Diagnostics

Shutdown the System

First, turn the system off to ensure there's no sudden power loss to the system during later steps of the process.

Installation View

The Anderson Plug is the grey connector between the vehicles main power supply and the Junction Box.

Check Connector Contact

1. Disconnect the Anderson Plug.
2. Check the Contact for both Anderson Plug halves. The Contact should be hooked over the Spring as per images below.
If you're re-terminating then when pushing the cables through you will hear an audible click from the spring when it's correctly in place.

2. Connect the 2 Anderson Plugs together and ensure they are as close together as possible. They should not come apart easily.

3. If possible, it may be appropriate to force them together with a Cable Tie.
