Monitor Settings Menu - Serial Number
Access Settings Menu
Hold down the lower brightness button and the hidden button to the left of it for 30 seconds or until the Settings Menu window pops up.
Serial Number Location
Use the Brightness buttons to move left and right and the hidden button to confirm actions.
Under the rightmost Information Tab is where the Model Number and Serial Number are.
