Universe - Reset Password

This guide will help to restore your password in the event that you've tried logging in but your password is not correct or you have not received a password confirmation email when signing up. 

Confirm Email Address

Confirm the email address you are using is the correct one, contact support if you're not sure. 

Check Spam or Bin email folders

If you've not received the password setup email, your email client may have suspected the email as spam and archived it. 

Reset Password

At the Universe login Screen ( https://universe.blackmoth.com/) click on the ' Forgot your password?' option.

Add your email address and press ' Reset'

You should now receive an email address from  noreply@universe.blackmoth.com with a reset link.
Follow the link to enter and confirm a new password.
