Universe - Add / Edit a SIM Card

Why do we need SIM Card details? 

IP Address
This is the access ID we use to communicate with the Black Moth system, nothing in Universe can be updated without an IP Address. 
ICCID and MSISDN
Both of these fields can be utilised to sync between Jasper (or another SIM management system) and Universe. 

Where to find these details?

If you're using Jasper, these are the fields you are looking: 

Universe - Add New SIM Card

Log into your Universe account and then click on 'Admin' then 'SIM Cards' and you'll be directed to a new page. 

Now you can create a new SIM card using the 'Add a New SIM Card' Button. 

Copy and paste the same details from Jasper into the corresponding fields below. 
Resource group allows you to define which groups will have access to this SIM card. 

Edit Existing SIM Card

The SIM Card details aren't correct? Easy.
As per the image below, the difference you're seeing is that 000421 has had those new Sim Card fields updated.  



Click on the Green 'Settings' icon on the right. 

Please note that the ICCID, if not entered originally, will be given a placeholder name that does nothing, please update it.
