How to Install / Remove SmartMX Camera
Turn off TigerMX-5 System
Removing and Installing SmartMX-180 Camera
1. Disconnect Camera
1.1. While holding onto the knurled (textured ridge) grip of the connector pull directly out away from the camera in a straight line.

Do not try to unscrew or twist the connector. No tools are required.
Knurled Grip
Remove Camera1.2. Unscrew the 4 screws holding the camera to the bracket. Retain the nuts/bolts/washers.

Brace the camera so it doesn't fall.
Camera Bracket (can vary)1.3. Once removed store the camera on a flat surface with the camera lens facing up.
2. Install Replacement Camera
2.1. Install the replacement camera onto the bracket using the nuts/bolts/washers from removal.
2.2. Push the connector in until it clicks.

Ensure the cable port is facing towards the ground.

2. Turn the system on and confirm via the monitor touchscreen chevrons that the camera is now displaying.
