Monitor Blue Screen Tint

This fault will appear as if there's a blue overlay on top of the normal expected video feed on the monitor. 
Firstly, if there are 2 monitors it's recommend to follow the below troubleshooting guide to confirm the fault. 
If there is no second monitor then usual root cause is a faulty display cable. Replacing the cable should fix the issue.
